10 and 11 sep 2011.<div><br /></div><div>10 sept</div><div>today was the premier mixed and tertiary women sets.</div><div>first the mixed. after the heats, i somehow ended up pacing the next few sets with alicia.</div><div>but suprising the feel was very good. kinda shocking taking that we nv did any race set as a mixed boat before!!! though we ended up in the plate finals. i think it was a good push. </div><div>oh, and the charge, just love the power!!! =)</div><div><br /></div><div>for tertiary women, we got 4th in round 1, with the difference being less than one sec from first to last. so it was kinda like anyone's game.</div><div>first set, our first six cocked up, but i can say this maintenance and charge feel was the best one ever.</div><div>and seeing that we were the only sch that had to go down directly after mixed repecharge, it was a good set.</div><div>then set 2. starts was okay, maintenance and charge, same as first set but with everyone's all out, ( haha at charge everyone starting screaming their lungs out) we ended up FIRST!!!! in round2 winning RP!!! waaa... it just felt good lor.</div><div>event though the overrall results was that we got 3 still losing to rp, but at least it shows that it is not impossible to beat them.</div><div>but so weird that just nice the added up timing, came up with 2 1st and 2 3rd. hehe</div><div><br /></div><div>hmmm... guess rowing with little expectations may sometimes just giv u a lot of surprises! /><br />after stepping down i suddenly realised that i dun really hate trng tt much<br />instead enjoyed the company of this batch of dmn netballers<br />during trng times, moving thru hard times<br />i am glad i did not quit back then in sec2 and stayed in the team<br />i guess now to me going into dmn netball is no longer a regret i thought it would be anymore.<br /><br />just want to add on to style="color:#ffff66;">after we were released from lessons everyone came down</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">and was very very nervous...</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">Anyway we played the game </span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">and we WON!!!</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">but though we won,</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">the game wasn't played as how coach Vivien wished</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">she was disappointed and did not want to talk to us</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">so i told myself to do better</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">in the 2nd quarter i did better but back to normal again in the nxt 2 quarters</span><br /><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">Anyway the finals is on FRIDAY!!!</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">we are playing against TKGS again after they have beaten PRCS</span><br /><span style="color:#ffff66;">which was a suprise..and the score was like 20+ to 10</span>+<br /><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">after we went back to school from kallang</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">miss siti gave us a "talk"</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">she asked us the reasons why we did not perform</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">but the main part is</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">when she asked why we wanted to win the champions</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">everyone answers were bcus of others like coach, teammate, tcher in-chrage,or jus any teachers they noe</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">no one answered bcus she has trained so hard for the game</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">and win the champs for themselves, its all for others</span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">miss siti oso talk about confidence </span><br /><span style="color:#66ff99;">she said a good point tt we do not hav enuf confidence in ourselves as well as our team players</span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;color:#66ff99;"><strong>IT IS ALL ABOUT CONFIDENCE & MENTAL STRENGTH</strong></span><br /><span style="color:#66ff99;"><strong>if these are weak no matter how physical good we are we will nv win</strong></span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;"></span><br /><span style="color:#33ffff;">so we hav wed thurs & fri morning to tell ourselves not to be nervous</span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;color:#66ff99;"><strong>HAVE CONFIDENCE IN OURSELVES AND THE TEAM</strong></span><br /><span style="font-size:130%;color:#66ff99;"><strong>and just relax our mind not to worry about other things.</strong></span><br /><br /><span style="color:#9999ff;">Anyway here's a good tip to slp well...</span><br /><span style="color:#9999ff;">you can either drink milk(would be better if it was white milk)</span><br /><span style="color:#9999ff;">or drink hot choco/milo or just something hot</span><br /><span style="color:#9999ff;">and last but npt least get all the troubles out of
